Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train and directly supervise student staff.
• Oversee the hiring process for student staff, including recruitment, interview coordination, selection, onboarding.
• Utilize the programmatic/engagement model through programming, events, and social connections.
• Create a working relationship with facilities, manage budget for initiatives, and handle invoices via Oracle.
• Coordinate room inventories, changes, health and safety inspections, work orders, and opening/closing of residence halls.
• Gather data on occupancy, preferences, accommodation demand; analyze trends and forecast housing needs.
