Job summary

Carleton College seeks a Dacie Moses House and Program Coordinator, a live-in staff member who partners with staff, students and alumni to sustain the House as a space of home, generosity, and community.

The role involves supervising residents and student workers, coordinating events, and collaborating with multiple campus departments to promote a welcoming social environment for traditional-aged students. Evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related experience in student activities, campus life, or non-profit work is preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience with mentoring or supervising students is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two resident students and approximately five other student workers.
• Provide leadership and professional development for student residents and workers.
• Coordinate with the Dean of Students Office to manage emergencies and house operations.
• Publicize Dacie Moses House events to campus and the Northfield community.
• Oversee bookings, finances, and guest room operations; process time entries for payroll.
