Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes and supervising a group of 8–13 students. The role combines caregiving, mentorship, and program coordination to support students’ academic and personal growth.

Together, the spouses provide daily guidance, manage household routines, assist with transportation and activities, and participate in devotions and Chapel services.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
