Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students to foster their academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple requirement.
• Each spouse aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
