Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Two-person couple role for married pairs for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older.
• Requires valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Transport students to activities and coordinate developmental/recreational events.
