Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring Full-time Flex Houseparents for a two-person married couple team. You live in on-campus student homes, supervise 8-13 students, and support academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medications, trips, devotions, and budgeting. Initially, couples work nine days on, three off, with transition to a placed houseparent role.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational planning.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
