Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students and supporting their academic, emotional and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medications, planning activities, devotions, Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Work pattern starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off; eventually placement in a single home.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role for married partners for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Medicate administration and student wellness.
• Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
