Milton Hershey School (MHS) invites married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Hershey, PA campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8-13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include overseeing routines, medications, devotions, and outings, with a transition to a placed houseparent role. Competitive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
