Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.

Initially, couples follow a nine-on / three-off schedule, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Salary and benefits are provided, including housing and meals on duty.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
