Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role requires married status for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older and possess valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Support various student homes on a nine-on-duty / three-off schedule, later transitioning to a placed houseparent.
