Qualifications

• Two-person couple role, married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Begin as Flex Houseparents and later transition to a Placed Houseparent role.
