Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality, Baton Rouge, seeks a GSA 2 to deliver front desk service, anchor overnight coverage, and live on-site to ensure 24/7 operational excellence.

You will work four front desk shifts Monday–Thursday and two on-call overnights, living in the hotel to comply with policy. Responsibilities include guest satisfaction, front desk administration, safety procedures, and revenue-focused upselling of services.

Responsibilities

• Guest satisfaction and feedback management.
• Front desk administration: check-ins, renewals, reservations, and related tasks.
• Quality and safety: daily inspections and emergency procedures compliance.
• Sales and revenue: lead management and upselling ancillary offerings.
