Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks two-person Flex Houseparents for couples who are legally married for at least two years. The role places you in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with a transition to a placed houseparent role. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship of students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
