Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents — a two-person, married couple who will live in on-campus student homes and provide care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules

• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
• Transitioning from nine days on / three off to a placed houseparent role
