Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents for a two-person, married-couple role on campus. You will supervise a group of 8–13 students, manage routines, and support academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or in youth housing settings.
• Two-person couple role; married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and drive student transport vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
