Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and provide care, supervision, and structured guidance for approximately 8-13 students per home. The roles involve mentoring, scheduling, and active engagement in student life.

Two-person couple must be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. On-duty responsibilities include devotions, Chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. drivers license and drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sundays Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
