Job summary

Lily Pond Services LLC is seeking a skilled Live-In Houseman to support daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of a private Palm Beach residence. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and able to work independently while coordinating with other staff to uphold a high standard of care.

Responsibilities include errands, driving, light gardening and pool care, coordinating contractors, light cooking, and managing deliveries.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a private household or estate environment preferred.
• Strong handyman skills and general maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with driving, errands, and light household management.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required (clean driving record preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Running errands, grocery shopping, and managing household logistics.
• Driving principals and family members as needed.
• Light outdoor maintenance, including patios, entryways, and exterior furniture.
• Light gardening, watering, and general grounds care.
• Pool maintenance and upkeep.
• Overseeing and coordinating third-party contractors and service providers.
• Light cooking and meal preparation as required.
• Perform minor repairs and routine handyman tasks.
• Manage deliveries, packages, and household supplies.
• Support vehicle care including cleaning, fueling, and coordinating service appointments.
• Prepare the home for principals and guests when in residence.
• Conduct routine property checks to ensure safety and proper functioning of systems.
