Job summary

Lily Pond Services LLC is seeking an experienced High-End Housekeeper for a private Palm Beach residence. The role supports a small, collaborative team and requires discretion, professionalism, and independence in a fully staffed, formal home.

Responsibilities include meticulous cleaning, luxury laundering, closet care, and occasional light meal prep. Schedule is five days (Thu–Mon) with two full-time housekeepers per shift to ensure coverage and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in ultra-high-net-worth private residences or equivalent high-end formal households.
• Experience working in a fully staffed, formal private home environment.
• Highly team-oriented with strong, clear communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to five-star service standards.
• Quiet, professional demeanor with a deep understanding of discretion, privacy, and appropriate boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous daily cleaning of all areas with care for luxury finishes and furnishings.
• Manage all laundry, including wardrobe/closet care for high-end garments and linens.
• Maintain organization of closets, storage areas, pantries, and household systems.
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning, seasonal refreshes, and special projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household essentials.
• Ensure guest readiness and uphold formal household presentation and service standards.
