Lily Pond Services LLC seeks a reliable Estate Groundskeeper / Handyman for a full-time, year-round live-in position at a private residence in Palm Beach, FL. The role requires proactive, independent work and overseeing outdoor and indoor maintenance to keep the property pristine.

You will manage grounds, basic repairs, vehicle care, and coordination with vendors, ensuring readiness for family arrivals and events. Privacy and discretion are essential, with accommodations provided on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in private estates, groundskeeping, or similar roles.
• Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong references and ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable around dogs and a private household setting.
• Flexible for weekends, holidays, events, and shifting needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, exterior areas, landscaping, irrigation, and patios.
• Perform light maintenance: painting, caulking, carpentry and repairs.
• Wash, fuel, and assist with household vehicles and errands.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise landscapers and contractors.
• Prepare property for family events and seasonal celebrations.
• Assist with storm prep, setup/breakdown for events, and storage.
