Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live in on-campus student homes. You will mentor 8–13 students, oversee routines, supervise outings, and lead daily devotions with Chapel attendance. The role transitions to a Placed Houseparent with long-term student placement.

Two-person team, married at least two years, both aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED. Housing, meals, and stipend included plus health benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
