Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person, live-in role for married couples age 27+ to guide a group of 8–13 students within on-campus homes.

Couples provide care, supervision, and development-focused activities, with a schedule starting nine days on, three off, and a path to a Placed Houseparent position after transition. Free housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Competenze

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds only.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models.
