Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role involves on-campus residence in student homes, supervising 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, activities, devotions, and coordinating household tasks. Couples work a nine-on, three-off cycle and may transition to a placed houseparent role within the same home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role; must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and supervise student wellness.
• Lead activities, devotions, and Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
