Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks dedicated couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will live in on-campus student homes, supervise a group of 8-13 students, and foster a structured, family-like environment to support their academic and emotional growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, activity planning, devotions, and reporting. This two-person role requires both spouses to be 27+, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate development and recreation activities.
