Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents. This two-person, married-couple role supports 8–13 students in on-campus homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and structured routines to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, activity planning, devotions, and budgeting. Couples work a nine-on/three-off schedule, with potential placement in a single student home over time. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role requiring a legally married couple of at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
