Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents who live in on-campus student homes and care for a group of 8-13 students. The role involves supervision, routine management, and guiding students’ academic, emotional, and social development.

Initially, couples support multiple homes on a nine-on / three-off schedule, with progression to a placed houseparent living in a single student home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
