Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervising, managing routines, administering meds, and leading devotions. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a placed home with the same students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead devotions and guide Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
