Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and caring for a group of 8-13 students. The role follows a nine consecutive days on and three days off schedule, with duties including supervision, routines, and fostering student development.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; alcohol not permitted on duty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
