Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and caring for a cohort of 8–13 students. You will supervise, mentor, and support the students’ academic, emotional, and social development in a structured, family-like environment.

The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth mentoring or supervision.
• Ability to drive and obtain certification to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Lead activities, devotions, and Sunday chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Support multiple homes initially and transition to a placed houseparent.
