Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus with 8–13 students per home. This is a unique, career-focused opportunity providing structure, mentorship, and family-like daily life for youths.

The role includes supervising students, planning activities, administering medications, leading devotions, and coordinating budgets, with a nine-on/three-off cycle initially and progression to a placed home.

Qualifications

• Two-person couple must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Experience with youth preferred.
• Willing to be on-campus and follow school policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmentally and recreational time.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Nine days on, three days off; transition to a placed home with a consistent group of students.
