Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students.

The position includes daily supervision, managing routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, guiding devotions and chapel attendance, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Two-year married couple minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
