Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus in student homes to provide care, guidance, and supervision for a group of 8-13 students. This role emphasizes a structured, family-like environment to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driverbs license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Live on-campus in student homes during assignment.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
