Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, coordinating activities, and leading devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person spouse pair with marriage of at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
