Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks a married couple to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and caring for a group of 8–13 students. You will supervise daily routines, mentor students, coordinate schedules, lead devotions, drive activities, and help maintain a warm, structured home.

This two-person role requires commitment, integrity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position offers housing, meals on duty, benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training as

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple required, married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27+.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Comfort leading devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning/developing developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
