Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role begins with nine days on, then three off, with potential transition to a placed home. Compensation includes housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must be married at least two years.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid U.S. driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working with youth is preferred.
• No smoking or weapons allowed on campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Transport students to activities and engage them in planned programs.
• Lead daily devotions and guide students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
