The role starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group.

Qualifikationen

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty.

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.

• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive and plan activities; engage in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
