Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus homes and guide a group of 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed role living with the same group. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, relocation assistance, and paid time off.

Formación

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
