Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. You will live in student homes, supervise a group of 8–13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include managing daily routines, guiding activities, and ensuring student safety and wellness while residing in campus homes. This role transitions from initial placement to a long-term houseparent position.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
