Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes and guiding groups of 8-13 students. This role emphasizes care, supervision, and support to help students reach their potential.

You will supervise daily routines, mentor students, lead devotions, manage budgets, and coordinate transportation and activities with a nine-on/three-off schedule, progressing to a placed houseparent position over time.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
