Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You live in on-campus homes, supervise 8–13 students, and provide guidance, supervision, and activities to support their academic, emotional, and social development.

Both spouses must be married at least two years, 27+, and commit to a smoke-free campus. You will handle daily routines, transportation, devotions, budgeting oversight, and enjoy comprehensive benefits including relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness (as applicable).
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
