Milton Hershey School is actively seeking Full‑time Flex Houseparents to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. The role combines caregiving, supervision, and budget oversight in a family‑like, structured environment designed to foster academic and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke‑free and weapon‑free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
