Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full‑time Flex Houseparents to live in on‑campus student homes and care for a group of 8–13 students.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, activities, devotions, budgeting, and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent with the same student group. Applicants must be married for at least two years, both 27+, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines, schedules, and activities.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Lead devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Transition to Placed Houseparent living with the same group.
• Follow a nine days on / three days off schedule.
