Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8-13 students. This two-person role requires a legally married couple, both 27 or older, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.

You will provide daily supervision, schedule routines, transport to activities, lead devotions, and manage household reporting. Housing and meals are included; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
