Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks full-time Flex Houseparents (a married couple) to live on campus and care for groups of 8–13 students. You will supervise daily life, oversee routines, coordinate activities, and support students’ academic, emotional, and social development.

The position requires two spouses, both aged 27+, a driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Housing and meals are included; relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Two-year married couple required, both spouses 27+.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and engaging in development and recreation
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
