Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking per diem live-in CNAs/HHAs to support clients across Connecticut.

You’ll provide personal care, reminders, and companionship in clients’ homes, with a daily pay structure and opportunities for fast onboarding and rapid case placement. Starting at a daily rate of $220.22 with the potential to earn up to $1,973.51 weekly, the role emphasizes reliability, driving is preferred, and private housing on shift is provided.

Qualifications

• Current CT CNA License or HHA Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year caregiver experience.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
