Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking Per Diem CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one care across Fairfield County, CT. Roles include day and overnight shifts with rapid case placement and weekly direct deposit.

Ideal candidates have CT CNA or HHA/CNA credentials, at least 1 year of experience, a valid license, and can work in the U.S. Sign-on bonuses are available and competitive pay starts at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA or HHA experience.
• Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical completed within the past 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months, or chest X-ray within 5 years.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
