Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ) is hiring live-in CNAs in Rhode Island. The role involves personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. You will work on a live-in rotation with 13 paid hours per day, plus breaks, and overtime opportunities.

Strong documentation and independence are essential. Applicants must hold an RI CNA license, a valid driver's license with vehicle and insurance, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license is required before working with clients.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic technology skills for daily shift documentation on a mobile device.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs.
• Must meet background checks, health screenings, and onboarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, safe transfers, walking, and gentle exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure hydration; handle light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders and companionship.
• Follow care plans and maintain daily documentation accurately.
• Observe changes and report to the clinical team promptly.
• Record completed duties and any interrupted sleep/break time for pay accuracy.
