Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare, LLC (ASQ) is seeking a Live-In CNA Caregiver/ Home Care Professional with a vehicle in Rhode Island. You will reside in the client’s home during rotations, provide daily care, safety, and companionship, and drive clients to appointments. RI CNA license is required.

The role offers full-time live-in schedules, competitive wages with overtime, and opportunities for training and growth as part of a nurse- and family-owned agency serving multiple New England locations.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license (RI only).
• CNA (any U.S. state), HHA, recognized caregiver training, or completion of ASQ’s PCA program (CT only).
• Driving requirement: valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance in your name.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic technology skills for mobile documentation.
• Ability to work rotations independently and pass background/health checks.

Responsibilities

• Reside in the client’s home during your rotation to provide daily care, safety, and engagement.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals and encourage hydration.
• Provide medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Drive clients to medical appointments, errands, and outings.
• Offer warm companionship and follow individualized care plans.
• Complete daily mobile documentation and log break/sleep periods.
