Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable Live-In Caregiver to provide 1:1 care for a senior client. The role includes assisting with daily living, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping in the client’s home.

The ideal candidate has HHA/CNA certification or significant caregiving experience and access to the offered free certification training. Flexible scheduling may be available to fit live-in assignments and local client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Strong caregiving experience.
• Willingness to complete free certification training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Assist with mobility and transfers and other non-medical needs as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan.
• Prepare meals for the client.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client.

REQUIREMENTS-

• Certification: Preferred applicants hold a valid HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.
• No Certification? No Problem: If you have strong caregiving experience but lack formal HHA/CNA certification, we offer Free certification training

Flexible Work Opportunities

Caregivers have the option to pick up flexible hourly work with local clients on a 1:1 basis when they are not working a live-in assignment.
