Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable Live-In Caregiver to provide 1:1 care for a senior client in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, companionship, mobility support, medication reminders (as permitted), following care plans, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Preferred applicants hold a valid HHA or CNA certification; we offer free certification training for non-certified caregivers.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Strong caregiving experience with reliability and empathy.
• Willing to complete free certification training if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship and supervision to the client.
• Assist with mobility and transfers and other non-medical tasks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by policy.
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan.
• Prepare meals for the client.
• Light housekeeping related to the client.

Flexible Work Opportunities

Caregivers have the option to pick up flexible hourly work with local clients on a 1:1 basis when they are not working a live-in assignment.
