Job summary
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable Live-In Caregiver to provide 1:1 care for a senior client in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, companionship, mobility support, medication reminders (as permitted), following care plans, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
Preferred applicants hold a valid HHA or CNA certification; we offer free certification training for non-certified caregivers.
Qualifications
- HHA or CNA certification preferred.
- Strong caregiving experience with reliability and empathy.
- Willing to complete free certification training if not certified.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Provide companionship and supervision to the client.
- Assist with mobility and transfers and other non-medical tasks as needed.
- Provide medication reminders as permitted by policy.
- Follow the client’s individualized care plan.
- Prepare meals for the client.
- Light housekeeping related to the client.
